The thought that helps me to live in the this very present / February 10, 2011
"The illusion that there will be some time in future when all things will come together for us interferes with our fully living today. If we aren't living fully now, we never will. The only time we ever have is the present". – John Gile
It is very clear from the quote of John Gile … tha present is very important and precious and is the only thing that is more visible and more apparent. We have more control over the present that the last moment and next moment. In an absolute sense Gile is right … but yesterday and tomorrow are also as real as ultimate truth itself. We build on what we did last moment and last day … and we plan or don't plan for the next moment, next day … accordingly. But no one can undermine the importance of this very moment … this very present… let us be in the present … and we can do it. It is possible.
