The Book 'Decide to Lead' is an unusual kind of a reading by Sangeeth Varfghese a Leadership Thinker from London School of Economics.  He has Started 'Leadcap' what is popularly committed to democratize leadership thinking in India.  The beauty of  the deliberation is that it is different from the popular presentations on the phenomenon of Leadership.  It draws on popular fables, a biography and a set of quotations.  It is quite an unique style of Sangeeth in explaining what makes a Leaders.  The contents of the book could be summarized by the five steps and nine decisions that puts forth. : 1. Take the Lead : First decision : Answer the deciding moment, 2. Rally a Vision : Second Decision : Bye low and sell high, Third Decision : Embrace high risks to reap high Returns, Fourth Decision : Focus sharper to impact Greater, 3.  Communicate and Motivate : Fifth Decision : Sell well to Do well, Sixth Decision : Set high expectations to gain high performance, 4. Deliver Results : Seventh Decision : Grow to Survive, Eighth Decision : Run to Win, 5. Lead for ever : Ninth Decision : Live on to Leave a Legacy. ……………… It is a good read to  for any one who is all out to do something significant, who is bent upon creating a difference.  Some  or the other I am sure one has read this book once will return back to read the book once again., somewhere some times.  Let us decide,  let us resolve to be democratic in sharing Leadership Thinking.  Best wishes, enkindle the Leader in you. – Rajashekhar Devarai, Chief Librarian, Asian School of Business Management, Bhubaneswar.
