Subject: LinkedIn Infographic

Hello Rajshekhar!

Kate here, and we've created an interesting infographic that I think you
might enjoy.  There's not a business professional that doesn't know about
LinkedIn, but just exactly how big is it?  Would you believe that the number
of members makes it 5 times the population of NYC?  Yea, it amazed me too
when I found that out.  You can check it out here:

mashable.com/2011/03/24/linkedin-overview-infographic/

Anyways, just thought this might be of interest to you.  If you'd like
other infographics such as these, or if you also have an infographic you
think I'd might like, let me know!

Thanks,

Kate

Some times I hear people say that I am a soft spoken person. But at times I realize that I am not as sweet spoken as I really intend to be.

Sweet talks : "One who talks sweet does not have an enemy and is blessed with plenty of wealth and good fortune." – Rigveda (Sacred Space, Times of India, March 22, 2011).

 I was just thinking aloud on this …. And a staff of mine came for a clarification and I consented her to go ahead …. But I did not find any sweetness in my communication. How to go about ……? I intend to be sweet and soft in my communication…. But many a time it would not happen……… may be I should be happy internally and then may be the softness and sweetness in the talk come automatically. Cheers … !! Never the less I continue my efforts to be soft and sweet in my communication. LbnRaj ; lotus5673@yahoo.co.in ; http://indialibrarian-intl.blogspot.com ;

Sometime ago, I have seen a very thin plastic sheet like magnifying
lens (like a six inches scale) which can be used a book mark and
magnifying sheet glass.

This is a very good give away as a small item to readers who are dear
to a library. I was, for a long time looking for a supplier. I found
one now. You may find many in your city.

My present interest is senior citizens who have a need to use such
magnifiers as their eye sight is poor.

Holi re holi March 19, 2011 Librarians I am sure feel vibrant colours of the books, the power of endless colourful thoughts that are embodied there in, in their libraries. Happy Holi to all on behalf of all librarians. Happy holi to librarians!!!!!!! “Let us pray that through our holy eye, we never are led towards anger, greed, lust or jealousy. Let this Holi be a time when we change not only the colour of our faces, but the colour of our hearts. Let us not only play Holi, but let us become holy. Let the only colour that truly penetrates our beings, be the colour of God “ – Swami Chidananda Saraswati (Sacred Space, Times of India, March 19, 2011).
