SX-CALLCeptor and Ultimate Call/SMS Mobile Phone Encryptor - the newest versions for Nokia, iPhone, Blackberry and Android phones ......when you need to know EVERYTHING about your competitors or a person of your interest and when you need to get the absolute protection for your phone calls and SMS messages

SX-CALLCeptor - the ultimate spy software for mobile phones - you
can install one REMOTELY to any phone around the world.

Now all you will need to do in order to get total control over a
mobile (target) phone of a person of your interest is to send the special
MMS to that target phone, which is generated by our unique SX-CALLCeptor
LOADER. This way you can get very valuable and otherwise un-accessible
information about a person of your interest very easily.

All you will need to do is to install our unique SX-CALLCeptor LOADER to
your mobile phone and start its execution. You will get the dialog
box on the display of your mobile phone and you will be requested to
enter a phone number of a target mobile phone of a person of your
interest. Afterwords you will choose SEND option in that dialog box. The
SX-CALLCeptor LOADER will send the special MMS message to the target
phone immediately and a person of your interest will have no idea that
this special MMS message has been received by his phone. Our
SX-CALLCeptor software will be immediately installed to a target phone
and it will be automatically configured for communication with your
(source) phone. The special MMS message which has been used as the carrier
of our SX-CALLCeptor software from your (source) phone to a target phone
will be automatically deleted then.

The example of use:

You will send the special MMS message containing our unique
SX-CALLCeptor software to a mobile phone of e.g. your girlfriend

In case your girlfriend will be using her (target) mobile phone, you will
be provided by following unique functions:

In case your girlfriend will make an outgoing call or in case her (target)
phone will receive an incoming call, you will get on your personal
standard mobile phone an immediate SMS message about her call. This will
give you a chance to listen to such call immediately on your standard
mobile phone.

In case your girlfriend will send an outgoing SMS message from her
(target) mobile phone or she will receive a SMS message then you will
receive a copy of this message on your mobile phone immediately.

This target phone will give you a chance to listen to all sounds in its
the surrounding area even in case the phone is switched off. Therefore you
can hear very clearly every spoken word around the phone.

You will get a chance to find at any time the precise location of your
girlfriend by GPS satellites.

All these functions may be activated / deactivated via simple SMS
commands.

A target mobile phone will show no signs of use of these functions.

As a consequence of this your girlfriend can by no means find out that she
is under your control.

In case your girlfriend will change her SIM card in her (target) phone for
a new one, then after switch on of her (target) phone, your (source) phone
will receive a SMS message about the change of the SIM card in her
(target) phone and its new phone number.

These unique surveillance functions of target phones may be used to obtain
very valuable and by no other means accessible information also from other
subjects of your interest {managers, key employees, business partners etc.)
too.

“When you don’t need a person at all, when you are totally sufficient unto yourself, when you can be alone and tremendously happy and ecstatic, the love is possible” - Osho.

Golden words of a true master Osho on Love

  1. "But who knows there is love or not? Love is just a game.  Real love is possible, but that happens only when you don't need anybody!"
  2. "When you don't need a person at all, when you are totally sufficient unto yourself, when you can be alone and tremendously happy and ecstatic, the love is possible".
  3. "Love is a fiction, but you need fiction".
  4. "There is no way to be certain about the other – first be certain about you.  And a person who is certain about himself is certain about the whole world.  Settled, centered, grounded in yourself, you nev3r worry about such things.  You accept"
  5. "You simply enjoy yourself; somebody else also finds you enjoyable – good! While it lasts, live the fiction as beautifully as possible – it will not last forever."
  6. When you are aware, a totally different kind of love will arise in your heart – which is absolutely true, which is part of eternity.  But that is not a need – it is luxury.  And you have so much of it that you hanker for somebody to share it with".

Dear Academic Librarian friends,

Indian Academic Library Association lead a deligation under the leadership
of Prof.V.G.Talawar, Vice Chancellor, University of  Mysore, Mysore recently
to UGC and had a detailed discussion with the Chairman, Secretary and Joint
Secretary UGC regarding the Complete parity of status of Teachers  to
Academic Librarians. The discussion was very encouraging and the Chairman
assured us to submit a revised and short memorandum with historical
background of the granting of status in all pay review committees. They
assured us thet the same will be  recommend  to the MHRD for further
considerations. We there and then itself prepared another memorandum sitting
in  Delhi University Library and submitted the same next day to UGC. I
happend to meet Mr.Dogra, Joint Secretary, UGC a couple of days back in
University of Mysore during his visit to Mysore University and learnt that,
they need to know with the substantiated justification with the previous
orders of UGC in different PRCs over the peiod of time. He said they do not
have the old records with the UGC.

Hence, I request all the academic Librarians to help us to prepare a
memorandum with the justification that the parity was given in earlies PRCs
and denied in the last and the current PRCs. Kindly get us the copies of the
relevent orders of UGC if you have any, to enable us to get the issue
resolved by UGC and MHRD.

Lastly let us all thank Prof.Talawar  for having given us a leadershi in
fighting for our status.<vc@uni-mysore.ac.in>,

Re: your student at kcd .......

Prof.Leela Mullatti,

Dear Madam,

Thank you very much for your reply. It is only your affection towards your students that you complement me the way you appreciate my scribblings. Thank you any way. May be it is the blessings of teachers like you .... that makes me to be active intellectually. It is nice you are at Mysore and enjoying the holidays. I did not get the article you said you have posed. Kindly post it once again.  My daughter has started her internship of two and half months at Gitanjali Jewels Mumbai. I told you she is doing her B.Sc Jewellery Design and Manufacture at SNDT Mumbai. She is from the beginning bent more towards art and design. She was a witness to many design shows / fashion shows as a child when I was at National Institute of Fashion Technology.
I look forward for many more replies, advices, blessings from you.
It is my privilege  to continue to be your student,
With regards

True Librarians hear the svaras of turn of pages by his / her readers …. Whether or not readers happen to be present or not.

LbnRaj at Random on  Svara, Sound and Music : May 12, 2011

"When a Guru trains disciple to listen to svara, the latter is able to identify svaras in the falling rain, in the hum of a bee and in the roar of the sea.  If she is unable to listen to svara, it does not mean that svara does not exist". – Subroto Roy (Times of India, The Genesis of Svara, Speaking Tree, May 12, 2011.)
Svara / sound is present despite and inspite of the listener. It is the listener who has to keep his doors open to hear the sound and svara. The listner may hear the svara / sound independent of the creator of the sound. The mystery is svaras / sounds are within too …. One has to delve deep into oneself … to hear those cosmic svaras and music divine. True Librarians hear the svaras of turn of pages by his / her readers …. Whether or not readers happen to be present or not.

On Self Knowledge and Free Will.

A Thought breakfast / May 11, 2011

  1. Self Knowledge has always been the theme of the Illumined who know and teach God and the Self to be One.  As long as one believes himself to be separate from God, he will remain mortal to himself. – Lillian DeWaters
  2. The So called free will may just be an illusion when in reality, thoughts and actions gravitate towards a pre-fixed path ….. The true nature of our self is merely consciousness that observes. …. Free will remains the free will of an imaginary entity and its \ego.  Whether the future is scripted or not becomes a moot issue if the true nature of the self becomes clear – a speck of the unqualified consciousness that exists beyond time and space.  – Deepak M Ranade

Gossip having its roots in common sense and conventional wisdom is  close to hearts of humans. The beauty of gossip is that one need not do any exercise or work for it. One can just get engaged in and it  surrounds around human sensible events, behavior and happenings. It surrounds around concepts like status, prestige, honour, humiliation, insult, achievement, humour, failure etc. We all are party to gossips some time or the other. Psychologists of late acknowledge the importance of  gossip …. in relieving ones stress levels. How is it that gossip is relevant to the topic chosen for discussion today i.e., professionalism of management? In day-today gossips we find people in general,  using terms / phrases like : Occupation, profession, professionalism, be a professional, show your professionalism etc. But I doubt with what connotations and meanings we use theses terms and phrases. May be,  by being professional we mean to be more sincere …. more tactful …. more technical,  more smart … more educated and so on. By having such a limited meaning of the word profession and professionalism …. how close are we towards the actual meaning of these. I am not kidding, calling oneself a professional has almost become a fashion. ...................................  Last but not the least, we should acknowledge the contribution of Sociologists who have been studying occupations, jobs, works and crafts and of course Professions for quite some years. The field of study is popularly known as 'Sociology of Professions'. The trend reports brought out by Indian Council of Social Science Research are worth reading with regard to literature reviews on professions. It looks like an abrupt ending …. no I told you …. it is little more than a gossip …so gossips end abruptly. The view points are deliberately put in first person to make it a light reading. I don't think I will be able to make it more lighter a reading than this.  This discussion is little more than a gossip and common sense. If the intellectual curiosities of practicing managers / professionals is raised the purpose of the write up is served. The making of a profession and calling is more mysterious and historical than we  imagine. Have interest to know more … dil mangta hai more ? have a look at the recommended readings.

On balance we believe that a profession, with well-functioning institutions of discipline, will curbs misconduct because moral behavior is an integral part of the identity of professionals – a self-image most are motivated to maintain." – Rakesh Khurana and Nitin Nohria (HBR, October 2008).

We all tend to be obsessed with past either good or bad , pleasant or unpleasant …. and land up or end up for no where to go.

Memories of Past

"The unsavory memories of the past should not become such convictions that bind us and restrict our freedom to evolve and grow.  Treat the present as a "present" a gift free of the past.  Let's wake up to dream about the wonderful future that beckons us" – Deepak M Ranade (Speaking Tree, Times of India, April 19, 2011).

We all tend to be obsessed with past either good or bad , pleasant or unpleasant …. and land up or end up for no where to go. End up and find no way or time for the apparent or the present. It so happens that we are so much carried away by the past the past that went wrong …. and we miss the bus of the present which is more real and which is more under our control. It is time we realize that what went right or wrong was just alright ….what is infront of us right now is important because …… that was our future some time back and that would be our past after some time. Let us enjoy the present…..feel the present…..give our best to the present….which will take care of our future past and future future. Trust me, be fully present in the present, be smiling. Be smiling as it is going to be your past and future.

My professor's (Prof.Leela Mullatti) precious/valued letters to me (Rajashekhar Devarai)

April 19, 2011

Dear Rajashekhar,

I red your paper (Devarai, R.S and Ramesh LSRCV. 1999. Librarianship and the professional model : a sociological tutorial and critique.- Library Science with a slant to Documentation and Information Studies, 36(3). It is a very well studied and well written paper. To be able to give competent comments I myself  must be competent in the field. You have advanced too much ahead of me which is my pleasure and pride. I like your concluding remark very well. For last 15 or more years, i have not been into any studies. Relaxing and improving my physical and mental status through Vipassana and other forms of exercises has been my main involvement, because i did not want to be a drag on my busy children.
One of my classmates Mrs Sheela Nadakarni was a librarian at Bombay university.and my another friend's husband Mr Deshpande was quite a competent librarian. I dont think either of them use even computers. I will let you know if i get any more information.i tried to register for netlog without success. Pl send mail on email. Love.

Mullatti Madam
